Waterloo Bar is a private room situated in the basement, making it an ideal space for exclusive events including Meetings, Baby Showers and private dinners. The bright and colourful room also includes a private bar and several screens which can be used during a private event. The room stands 100 and can seat 50 people, making it an intimate space. This room is perfect for all those events that want an exclusive but also easy access to the main bar atmosphere.

What facilities are available?

When booking either the Waterloo Bar or full venue, you'll have access to a private bar. Private toilets are also included with full venue hire, while shared facilities are available when hiring the Waterloo Bar. Outdoor space is also available until 7pm with full venue hire.

What kind of events can you host?

The Waterloo Bar is perfect for smaller gatherings such as meetings, baby showers, and private dinners. For larger occasions, the full venue hire is ideal for wedding receptions, business lunches, funeral/wakes, and hen or stag parties.

What food and drink is served?

We have lots of Pre Booked food & drink options for private hire. Browse all of our Menus for more info!

Is there disabled access to the venue?

When hiring the full venue we have step free access. There is a lift only to the main bar from the front of the venue but unfortunately we have do not have disabled access to the Waterloo Bar, or the lower area in front of the main bar which all require steps for access. There is a disabled toilet in the main bar area.

Can we bring our own decorations?

Yes, feel free to bring your own balloons, cake and more! We just politely ask that you do not bring candles.

Can we bring a DJ?

When hiring the full venue, you can bring your own DJ. You are also able to hire our in house DJ for an additional cost.
