Malibu and Stonegate Pub Company will be referred to as “Sponsors” throughout these Terms and Conditions. Scrub Daddy UK Ltd will be referred to as a “Prize Provider” throughout these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility & Entry
• Entrants must be aged 18 years or older.
• Entries must be submitted via the official competition channels only (website link or social media interaction as specified). Entries by email or phone will not be accepted.
• Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.
• Entries received after the stated closing date will not be accepted.
• The competition is open to UK residents only, excluding employees of the Partners, their families, agents, or any third party directly involved in the administration of the competition.
• By submitting an entry, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
• Social competition active dates will be outlined on the relevant entry post.
• The website competition will run from the 12th September 2025 to the 12th October 2025, with a winner chosen during the week commencing 13th October 2025.
The Prize
• The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
• Prize fulfilment is to one UK mainland address only.
• The prize may require a signature on delivery. It is the recipient’s responsibility to check that all items are present, correct, and undamaged upon arrival. Any disputes must be raised within one week of delivery, supported by photographic evidence, and notified to Sponsors who will coordinate with the relevant Prize Provider.
• The prize excludes any items not expressly listed in the competition description.
• Due to ongoing supply chain issues, prize delivery may be delayed. All providers will endeavour to fulfil prizes as soon as possible.
• If the prize (or part of it) becomes unavailable, the Sponsors reserve the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.
Winner Selection & Notification
• One winner will be selected per competition:
o One winner from the social competition.
o One winner from the website competition.
• The website competition winner will be contacted by email (using the details provided at entry). The social competition winner will be contacted by direct message on the profile used to enter.
• Winners must confirm a valid UK mainland delivery address within 48 hours of being notified. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in forfeiture, and another winner will be selected.
• The prize will be dispatched by Sponsors as soon as possible after confirmation of details.
Disclaimers & Limitations
• Sponsors accept no responsibility for entries that are lost or delayed due to technical failures or circumstances beyond their control.
• The decision of the Sponsors regarding any aspect of the competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend, amend, or void the competition at any time where necessary.
• The Sponsors, Prize Provider, and their organisers, agents, and distributors will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death arising from participation in the competition or use of the prize.

• Slug & Lettuce (part of Stonegate Pub Company)
• Element London
Each Prize Provider is responsible for providing their portion of the prize, as applicable, which shall be awarded to the Winners by the Sponsors.
Privacy & Marketing Consent
Scrub Daddy UK Ltd:
• By entering this competition, you consent to Scrub Daddy UK Ltd using your contact details to contact you about marketing, promotional offers, product news, and other relevant updates.
• Your personal data will be processed in accordance with Scrub Daddy UK's
Privacy Policy, last updated on 4 June 2025.
• You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, and you have full rights under UK GDPR to access, correct, or delete your data.
Stonegate Pub Company:
• Your personal information will be handled in accordance with these T&Cs and Stonegate’s
Privacy Policy.
