These Terms and Conditions apply to the MiXR Student Basket offer promoted via Stonegate channels (the “Offer”). By participating in the Offer, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to the decisions of Stonegate which are final and binding in all respects. You also agree to any other applicable third-party terms. All applicable laws and regulations apply.

The Offer is open to registered university students, aged 18 years or over and resident in the United Kingdom during the Offer Period. Internet access and the MiXR app is required to receive the Offer. You will be required to have a MiXR account or to create one by downloading the MiXR app on your device through the App Store or Google Play store, and signing up by entering your first name, surname, email address and creating an account to receive the Offer. Once you have created a MiXR account you will be required to verify your registered university student status using the verification tool provided on the MiXR app to be eligible to receive the Offer (“Verified Students”).

The Offer will be available to Verified Students from 00:01 BST on 05.01.2026] to 23:59 BST on 23.08.2026 (the “Offer Period”).

The Offer provides Verified Students with a % discount off the regular sales prices of a limited range of products in participating Stonegate venues (the “Student Basket Discount”).

The Offer is only available at participating Stonegate venues and may only be redeemed against a limited range of products [Birra Moretti, Amstel, Tennents Lager, Inch's Cider, Gordons, Gordons Pink Gin subject to availability. The list of participating Stonegate venues relevant to the Offer can be located within the “Student Deals” section of the MiXR app. The participating Stonegate venues relevant to the Offer may be subject to change during the Offer Period so please review the MiXR app regularly. The range of products and applicable discounts available as part of the Offer may be set out within promotional material at each participating Stonegate venue and may vary per participating Stonegate venue.

The Offer can be accessed, by Verified Students, in the following ways:

When in a participating Stonegate venue, you may scan your MiXR card which will unlock the Student Basket Discount at the participating Stonegate venue, the Student Basket Discount will then be applied automatically to the applicable products in your order; or

When in a participating Stonegate venue, you may present your MiXR card to a Stonegate employee who will manually apply the Student Basket Discount to the applicable products in your order.

The Offer cannot be redeemed alongside any other promotional offer offered by Stonegate or an applicable third party (whether for or on behalf of Stonegate or otherwise).

The Offer is personal to each Verified Student and is non-transferrable. It is not permitted to attempt to share the Student Basket Discount.

The Student Discount Basket is redeemable by Verified Students in the participating Stonegate venues subject to stock availability. Stonegate accepts no responsibility if Verified Students attempt to redeem the Offer at non-participating pubs or if the relevant product is out of stock.

Stonegate is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet, or any combination thereof.

Insofar as permitted by law, Stonegate does not accept any liability for any expense, damage, loss or injury suffered (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way due to taking up the Offer. Stonegate is not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions.

In accordance with UK General Data Protection Regulations and the Data Protection Act 2018, Stonegate is the Data Controller of the personal data that is collected for the purposes of administering the Offer. For the purposes of administering this processing activity, your personal data will be processed solely in the UK and will not be made available to individuals or companies based outside of the EEA. These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any inconsistency with any other communications from Stonegate or other promotional marketing partners, including advertising and promotional material.

This Offer is not in any way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Twitter, Facebook or any other social media platform. You acknowledge that Instagram, Twitter, Facebook or any other social media platform shall not have any liability to them in connection with the Offer.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
