Only open to residents in Scotland, England and Wales aged 18 or over, excluding employees of any company in Stonegate group and any person whom, in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion, should be excluded due to their involvement or connection with this promotion.

Scratch cards are limited to one per pre-booked cover from 07/04/2023 – 10/04/2023.  Service is at the discretion of the bar staff in outlet. Subject to availability. 

There are 34,280 scratch cards including 15,060 winning scratch cards available across the Slug & Lettuce Estate.  Promotion opens 7th of April 2023 and closes on 10th April 2023. Scratch panel to see if you are a winner.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the winners, to verify the eligibility of any participant, including their age and place of residence and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw a prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. 

The surname and county of the £1500 Magic Breaks Gift Voucher and 10 x £50 Slug & Lettuce Gift Cards can be obtained by sending a request with a stamped addressed envelope to the Promoter’s address (shown below) or by emailing competitions@stonegategroup.co.uk within one month of the closing date.  By entering, the winner consents to such information being disclosed upon request.

This competition is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.

There is no alternative to these prizes in whole or in part.  Prizes are not transferable. There is no cash alternative to non-cash prizes.

The decision of the Promoter in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

The winners shall not carry out or promote the goods and services of the outlets in any way, including, but not limited to, advertising or posting about alcohol.

All taxes (including without limitation national & local taxes) in connection with any prize & the reporting consequence thereof, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

These rules and any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The Promoter and each entrant irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with these rules or the legal relationships established by this agreement.

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.
