When is afternoon tea available at Slug & Lettuce?

Afternoon Tea is available Sunday to Friday, with selected Slug & Lettuce bars also offering on a Saturday. Availability may vary, so check your local bar when booking.

How much does it cost?

Prices start at £15 per person for the non-alcoholic option, and £21 per person for the boozy version. Prices vary by location and day of week. Find your local Slug & Lettuce to view pricing.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes! Afternoon Tea must be booked 24 hours in advance so we can prep your table (and those gorgeous tiered trays!) in style.

What’s included in the boozy afternoon tea?

You’ll choose two of the same cocktail from our 2-for-1 / 50% off range (think Pornstar Martini, Hugo Spritz, Espresso Martini & more) or two glasses of prosecco. 

Is it just for two people?

Not at all! Afternoon Tea is for groups of two or more. Whether it’s a cute catch-up or a full-on celebration, we’ve got you.

Is this available at all Slug & Lettuce bars?

Yes! You can enjoy our Afternoon Tea experience at every location from Sunday to Friday. Some of our venues also offer it on Saturdays. Find your local Slug & Lettuce to check their availability.

Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?

While we currently don’t offer gluten-free or vegan options as part of our Afternoon Tea, we do have plenty of delicious choices on our main menus to suit your dietary needs.

Is there a dress code?

Smart casual is the vibe. No sportswear, tracksuits or hats, but smart trainers are totally fine.

Do you have any allergies? If you have any allergies, please ask a team member for allergen information before ordering. Menu may not list all ingredients.

We have taken all reasonable steps to avoid the unintended presence of allergens. We cannot guarantee that we completely separate allergens in our kitchens.

We also cannot guarantee that products are completely free from allergens. This is because of cross-contamination. Our kitchens do not have allergen-free zones.

If you have any food allergies, please let the staff know before ordering to avoid cross-contamination. We cannot guarantee that any dishes are free from nut traces. Fish and poultry dishes may contain bones. All weights are approximate uncooked.
