These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions.

Please read these competition terms and conditions carefully. If you enter one of our competitions, we will assume that you have read these terms and conditions and you agree to them.

Winner will receive a £1500 holiday voucher (‘Prize’) to book their trip to Venice within 11 months from the date of the prize draw.

Winner will be responsible for booking the trip and using the Prize before its expiry date. The Promoter will not cover the cost of any additional charges, costs or expenses.

The Prize is subject to UK and local Government restrictions.

The Prize is non-transferable or exchangeable, cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other special offer.

There is no cash alternative, refund, alternative prize or other alternative for any unused portions of the Prize.

This competition opens on 15th July and closes 14th August 2024.

To enter the competition, you must be a UK resident and be over 18 years at the time of competition entry.

The competition is open to all except Stonegate Pub Company Limited employees, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.

To take part in the competition, entrants must first purchase an Aperol Spritz at a participating venue to receive a QR code. The entrant must then fill in the competition entry form online (via the link on the QR code) between 15th July and 14th August 2024. Only one entry per person throughout the competition. Multiple entries by the same person will be disqualified.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that, for whatever reason, it does not receive before the closing date.

Participating venues reserve the right to refuse entry or service at any time in accordance with their Premises Licence and in the interest of promoting the licensing objectives.

Entries received before the opening date and entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

Entries must be submitted via the website link contained in the QR code. No email or phone entries will be accepted.

No entries from agents, third parties, syndicated entries or those made using methods such as a computer macro, script or the use of automated devices are permitted, and no bulk entries are permitted.

There is one (1) Prize available, for one (1) winner only. A winner will be chosen by random draw from all eligible entries performed by a computer process.

The winner will be announced on 18 August 2024.

The winner will be contacted directly by email (using the details provided at entry) within 48 working hours of the closing date.

Winners will have 48 hours to respond to winning entry correspondence and claim the Prize. If communications are not responded to within this timeframe another winner will be chosen at random from remaining eligible entries.

There are no runner up prizes.

The Promoter reserves the right at any time, in its absolute discretion, to:

verify the eligibility of any participant, including their age and place of residence;

disqualify any participant:

found to be abusing or tampering with the operation of the promotion or entering using fraudulent means, or who the promoter believes to have acted in breach of these terms and conditions;

who does not give correct contact details or who makes an entry on someone else’s behalf; or

posting (or who has previously posted) a post, entry or comment to their own and/or the Promoter’s social media pages that is, in the Promoter’s opinion, inappropriate, offensive, defamatory or upsetting to other participants, fans of the Promoter or the Promoter’s commercial partners relevant to the promotion, or is directly aimed at the Promoter, or contrary to applicable law, and, in the case of the Promoter’s social media pages, to remove any such entry or comment;

cancel or amend the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions in whole or in part where it becomes necessary to do so and without prior notice; or

amend the competition end date at any time.

1.25 The competition is not in any way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Twitter or Facebook. Participants acknowledge that Instagram, Twitter or Facebook shall not have any liability to them in connection with the competition.

The surname and county of the winner can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the Promoter’s address stated above.

The Promoters decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value.

The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if the winner is not able to take up the Prize.

Insofar as is permitted by law, The Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Winners contact details will be shared with the supplier/delivery to arrange all prize details and deliveries.

In accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018, the Promoter is the Data Controller of the personal data that is collected for the purposes of administering the competition and its Prize. Your personal information will only be used in accordance with these terms and conditions and the general privacy policy available on https://www.stonegatepubs.com/privacy-policy.

This competition is governed by English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
