Come for breakfast, lunch or dinner and enjoy our relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, where all of our staff are keen to help with any request you might have. We offer great value for money on an excellent range of beers and wines from all around the world, not to mention an extensive list of cocktails, made with love and care by our efficient and friendly team. We also have lots of fantastic wallet-friendly offers, such as 50% off food on Mondays, bargain wines on Wednesdays and 2-4-1 cocktails*!
Children are always welcome in the Slug & Lettuce, however they do have restrictions - much like bed times. During the week, from Monday to Thursday, minors under 18 are allowed on the site until 9pm. Then on Friday and Saturday nights, they are allowed on site until 7pm.
Please mention, when making a booking, that you have children or teenagers coming in so that we can double check the times they are allowed in.
Please be aware that any bookings of 6+ people require a fully redeemable deposit of £5 per head to secure your booking - We are unable to accept any bookings on Mondays due to our 50% off food offer. If there are any problems please don't hesitate to contact us
Reservations are not made on a Monday, due to our 50% off food offer which runs throughout the day. However we will try and get everyone who comes through our doors seated and served as soon as possible!
As we are located so close to the NIA, we love to have everyone visit us before and after any show, but unfortunately, due to such high volumes of people, we can't reserve tables on these dates as freely as days with no shows on.
This is simply so we can get everyone fed as quickly as possible, so they don't miss their show!
The Slug and Lettuce, Birmingham, is situated in an idyllic location in Brindley Place overlooking the canal. Not only are we right next to the Symphony Hall, but we are also just a short walk from the National Indoor Arena, the National Sea Life Centre and the Ikon Gallery; so there is plenty to keep you entertained.
