Welcome to The Slug and Lettuce, Putney! We pride ourselves in having the most friendly and knowledgeable staff, delivering the best service and the best food and drinks southwest of the river! We always create the perfect atmosphere for all occasions, whether a relaxed business lunch, catching up with friends for a few after work or for a lively night out! We are best known for our Sunday sessions; a great fry-up in the morning; awesome Sunday roasts or even extending your weekend with our legendary live acoustic evening (well, who does any work on a Monday morning anyway?!).
Putney is famous for being the starting point of the annual Oxford-Cambridge boat race. This combines with a weekend-long music festival which attracts thousands of people to the area for a real carnival atmosphere! We are situated opposite the train station, on the busy high street, making us the perfect destination for a lunchtime break from your shopping. Being open till midnight, we are also a fantastic preclub destination for those late nights out!
