“I just wanted to say a big thank you to Ann and her staff at the Bath Slug and Lettuce. Ann did a great job with our booking, I felt from our phone calls that she was extremely helpful and wanted to ensure we had a great meal. We pre-ordered our food and arranged for the food to come out at 7.45. The food came out, on the dot, at 7.45 and it was lovely, we had no complaints. The staff who served us were lovely and it was a thoroughly enjoyable evening. It was just a shame that Ann wasn't working that night and I didn't get to thank her in person. I hope she will be informed of this feedback as I thought she and her staff did a great job.
