“Tuesday Jan 12 – Another great night at the Manchester Deansgate branch. As always, the staff were very helpful and cordial, and took very good care of us. Managers made themselves available if we had any needs. I can only apologise that I booked for 30, and only 20 came – I guess it was the weather. Food was good and arrived in good time, and everyone in my group appreciated that the music is low volume so that they can actually talk without shouting. My group is an International Society, and for most, English is not the first language, so it is vital that we go somewhere with only background music for a relaxed atmosphere – which Slug & Lettuce Deansgate certainly provided!
