Farnham is a picturesque market town, located on the busy A31 road, west of Guildford. It boasts a great range of independently owned shops, including the Maltings , a great venue for live music and the performing arts. There are several well-known "Farnhamites", including Johnny Wilkinson and Graham Thorpe; if you're lucky, you may get a glimpse of Mungo Jerrry!
The Slug and Lettuce is located on East Street and recently changed from a Hog's Head , we welcome children until 6pm every day and have a late licence on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, when the bar becomes more vibrant. We also have a fantastic heated patio garden at the rear and open every morning at 10am for breakfast and coffees. There's always something to come in for: great food all week, served 10am-10pm every day, with an amazing Sunday roast.
