As a Deputy or Assistant Manager you will have responsibility and accountability for:

• Supporting the General Manager
• Hands–on kitchen / floor / bar duties
• Team member training and performance
• Monitoring cash and stock
• Developing promotional campaigns
• Building excellent relationships with external contacts
• Growing and developing the business

Successful candidates are likely to be:

• An experienced team leader and/or manager
• Very hands–on
• Keen to learn and to help others learn
