Brentwood is a bustling, up-and-coming town – a perfect home for The Slug and Lettuce. We offer amazing value when it comes to quality food and drink, a fact recognised by local businesses and residents alike. Our lavish bar is split over two levels and offers countless possibilities. From Sunday through to Thursday in the daytime the downstairs eating area is at its centre, surrounded by two sections of luxurious leather seating for those taking things especially easy post-lunch. On Friday and Saturday evenings the bar then transforms into the only place to be in Brentwood, when dining tables make way for dancing, drinking and socialising. With fantastic offers on Champagne and cocktails, what better venue for letting your hair down?!
However, if you prefer things a bit more relaxed, then grab your friends and head upstairs to chill out on our comfy sofas. It’s a great place to browse the crowds from the balcony and is also available for hire complete with its own private bar. Lastly, but by no means least, we also make our function room available for business hire. This uses the upstairs lounge as a spill out area so you and your guests can be treated like royalty with your own private bar and buffet served by our excellent catering team.
